Jim Robinson is an actor, writer, improviser and comedian from Ottawa, Canada. He has performed in multiple Second City productions including The Absolutely, Positively, Completely Made-Up Show, The Bench, and Fallsview High ’58. Jim was also a cast member onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines with Second City for two seasons.
He is a founding member of the award winning sketch troupe Fratwurst, who have performed in both the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival and the New York City Sketch Comedy Festival. Jim has also been featured in several national commercial and print campaigns, including Molson Canadian, Boston Pizza and Gain Laundry Detergent.
Jim created BeerProv in the summer of 2010 and it quickly grew to become one of the most popular comedy shows in Toronto. BeerProv was featured during the Canadian Comedy Awards Festival and the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival in both 2010 and 2011.
Scott Goldman is an actor, improviser and three time BeerProv Champion. He graduated from the University of Ottawa with Honors in Theatre as well as the Second City Training Centre Conservatory Program in Toronto. Scott is also a co-founder of the award winning Ottawa based improv company Insensitivity Training. Scott has been improvising for over a decade and occasionally dabbles in scripted comedy too. You can also find Scott online in the super hero web series “The Undrawn” in the role of Iron Gut.
Ned Petrie is a writer and 4-time Canadian Comedy Award nominee. He is a writer and performer for several animated series with Blue Ant Media; including Erik The Pillager (co-creator/star), Murder House (co-creator/star), Crack-Duck (co-star), and Terrificland (co-star). All four series will air on Teletoon in 2016. As a writer, Ned is a Regular Contributor to The Second City Network and an On-Air Contributor to Day 6 (CBC Radio).
